INTERIM Senior Internal Auditor

Birmingham City Centre - Home Working - 4 month contract

Your new company
This interim Senior Internal Auditor role is with a very well known government-owned company who are based in the heart of Birmingham city centre. You will also have the opportunity to work from home 1-2 days/week depending on business requirements. This interim role is to ensure that the full delivery of the annual audit plan by the end of the financial year.

Your new role
Reporting into the Internal Audit Manager, you will be responsible for delivery end-to-end audits from scoping and planning stage through to reporting and close meetings. The audits will be varied in nature and could be financial or operational.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have recent and relevant internal audit experience from public sector or commerce & industry. Holding a relevant qualification (IIA/ACA/ACCA) is highly advantageous. You must have good written & verbal communication skills and confidently engage with senior stakeholders.

What you'll get in return
£300-£400/day depending on experience (IR35 in-scope)
