Farrer Barnes are proud to have been retained by a growing Multi Academy Trust in Dover to assist them with the appointment of a Director of Business & Resources.

This is a newly created role which starts an exciting restructuring period for the Trust. Without a doubt you will be joining one of the friendliest leadership teams around, a group who are completely dedicated to the trust’s growth and development.

Candidates will need to have previous experience within the education sector, preferable within a Multi Academy Trust. However, experience within Schools, Colleges and Universities will also be welcomed.

Strong knowledge of Condition Improvement Fund process (CIF), growth funding and community funding would be a real advantage.

The ideal candidate will be educated to Degree Level or possess relevant business qualifications. A financial qualification is not essential but desirable for this position.

This will be a full time, permanent role working Monday to Friday. Visits to other Trust sites will be required, so a clean and valid driving licence will be essential.

Salary will be between £45,007 - £52,541 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience)
27 days Annual Leave (increasing to 30 after 5 years’ service)
