Description
- Complete statutory accounts, regulatory returns and tax compliance reporting including corporation tax for all legal entities within Group
- Lead and act as key liaison with external auditors
- Treasury management
- Maintenance of financial ledgers and internal control processes
- Management Accounts and consolidation of accounts for Group entities
- Responsible for Month End close process
- VAT Returns
- Produce and implement annual budgeting / forecasting / cash flows
- Produce analytics/metrics reporting to business heads developing the finance team into a business partner role
- Ensure good communication and relations with internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare reports to external stakeholders
- Ad hoc project and process work as required
Profile
- Qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA
- Advanced Microsoft Excel user (VBA experience)
- Experience of Finance software (Sage, Xero)
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Ability to learn and adopt new technologies
- Ability to manage effective multiple stakeholder relationships
- High attention to detail
