A high growth UK bank is seeking to hire a FP&A in their Central London office to support the FP&A Manager in the preparation of financial information such as monthly board reporting, budget/forecast and strategy presentations. The role will work closely with divisional Finance teams and play a key part in the success of FP&A deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparation of flash reporting and performance analysis through board reporting for review by FP&A Manager and Head of FP&A.
- Preparation of forecasts, budgets and interim management statement submissions
- Analysis key business drivers across the divisions and the impact they have on achieving long-term financial plans
- Accurately loading completed budgets into financial systems for the beginning of the financial year
- Ensuring reporting is consistent across the Bank, working closely with the divisional Finance teams to ensure requirements are met
- Preparation of ad-hoc reports for inclusion in the Board packs and various other presentations which summarise financial information and address issues of note to the Bank
- Supporting the Business Units in the execution of their roles by providing analytical input via the design of financial models to improve management information as required
- Working closely with the divisional FP&A teams to ensure consistent reporting of financial and non-financial metrics bank-wide
- Work on special projects and other business requests as required
- Ensure that all Governance and Compliance requirements are adhered to and all reporting and reviewing activities required by the Regulatory Bodies are carried out to the standards required.
Qualifications & Skills
