SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a business on the outskirts of Burton on a Permanent Basis. You will be reporting to the Finance Reporting Manager and will be part of a business who value employees and offer flexible working hours.
As the Purchase Ledger Clerk you will be responsible for:
- Matching and coding invoices
- Matching against delivery notes
- Processing invoices onto the system
- Liaising with suppliers regarding queries
- Reconciling supplier statements and assisting with the weekly payment process.
The successful applicant must have solid purchase ledger experience. Candidates need to be able to cope with a high volume processing environment, need to have excellent attention to detail and be able to prioritize and meet deadlines. You must also be a team player, an approachable individual and have a great work ethic.
