A Top 10 International Firm of Chartered Accountants are currently seeking an Audit Manager to be based in their modern Liverpool / Chester offices. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing firm in a senior position and be involved in the growth strategy for the audit department.


Your new role
As an experienced Audit Manager, oversee the effective management of a portfolio of clients, including OMBs, groups and AIM listed companies. This includes planning assignments, briefing staff on the assignments, managing the budgets and deadlines associated with all roles and acting as the key contact for the client. You'd be involved in winning new business which would include preparing proposals, presenting to prospect clients, participating in client seminars and engaging in follow up meetings.


What you'll need to succeed
The firm are seeking a chartered accountant (ACA / ACCA) who has a proven track record of operating at a manager level. You must be able to demonstrate both man management and portfolio management skills, demonstrating the ability to manage and develop good client relationships. The firm are keen to consolidate their position in the market as a leading firm for OMB businesses and therefore are seeking a successful manage who can demonstrate OMB portfolio management and strong commercial acumen.
