CFO | Fast-growing Biotech business | £110,000 - £130,000 + Shares & Healthcare Package | Cambridge/London
I am currently recruiting a full-time CFO for a for a hugely promising Biotech business in the area of Cambridge.
The company are now ready to go live with a concept that will change the diagnosis of several conditions. This business has been through several fundraising rounds and derive from prestigious roots.
Core duties:
- Help the business to move out of a pre-revenue position (short term target)
- Help the business to solidify their status as a profit-making business in the next 2 years
- Strategise with the CEO and Board to identify core markets, best practices as well as product planning and modelling
- Monthly and Annual reporting
- Statutory reporting to both UK, US and other international standards
- Overseeing a junior Finance team with operational activities
- Budgeting, Forecasting and cash flow control/analysis
- Manage all financial aspects of project-based operations
Package: A base salary in region of £110,000-£130,000 with share options and private healthcare.
Ideal candidate background: [Biotech, Medtech, Manufacturing, R&D] with experience of working as CFO for a business in a similar stage. Preference to candidates with relevant industry experience but not exclusive to.
