Finance Manager 1 Year FTC in Newbury

Your new company
My client is a financial services business based in Newbury, who are looking for an accomplished Management Accountant to cover maternity leave. You will be responsible for creating full month end packs for the board and performing ad hoc analysis.

Your new role

• Produce all accruals and prepayments and board pack
• Production of management information to set deadlines
• Oversee the management of Fixed Assets
• Production and submission of all external returns (PRA, Bank of England and BSA) to set deadlines
• Project Accounting - ensure accurate reporting of society projects
• Production of the annual Fair Value paper
• The regular reconciliation of the accounting system to the mortgages and savings system
• The monthly reconciliation of all nominal ledger control accounts
• Quarterly Balance Sheet Review
• Payroll admin

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified/Finalist or QBE
• Experience preparing full management accounts
• A positive and can do attitude
• Hands on approach
