Corporate Finance Associate

Rattray Parkin are recruiting for a Corporate Finance Executive to join a boutique Corporate Finance business based near Leicester. The business has an international reach and can provide exposure to all aspects of the CF world.

This is an ideal role for someone wishing to gain experience in Corporate Finance.

You will support an existing team with all of the necessary back office functions and will be exposed to a variety of CF duties such as;

·         Transactions

·         Valuations

·         Commercial / market analysis

·         Business plan (IM) preparation

·         Modelling

·         Forensic investigations

·         Financial decision making

·         Data analytics.

You will have strong accounting skills but just as importantly, an engaging personality and be a `people person`.

·         A genuine interest in CF (experience is not essential)

·         ACA or ACCA qualified preferred

·         Excellent time management skills

·         Analytical skills

·         Familiar with financial statements

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Ability to build rapport and develop relationships

·         Desire to add value and maintain high levels of service

You may be working in Practice and want to make that move or you are working in industry and have relevant experience/interest in CF. The person is just as important as the skillset.
