Choralis Consulting have instructions to recruit an interim Finance Manager (6 month contract).
The company:- is based in Staines and has was established over 70 years ago.
They are one of the leaders in their field and distribute their products on a global scale with revenues in access of £1b.
The role:- is a 6 month interim contract likely to be extended for a further 6 months.
Working directly for the Head of Finance on a day to day basis, supporting him and a small team through a busy period with ad hoc projects incl:-month end close off, cashflow forecasts, ad hoc reports/analysis, distribution costing, financial accounting, VAT, pricing and variances. You will also assist with pricing contracts, data cleansing, master testing and with the systems integration programme (SAP). Adding value to the finance function by looking at how things are done and recommend better practices.
The person:- immediately available or at short notice perhaps qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA, with several years post qualification experience. Comfortable working in the UK H/O of this FMCG corporate with strong excel skills (previous SAP experience useful), excellent communication skills, bright, out going and confident. Comfortable hitting the ground running and turning their hand to multi tasks within finance and generally supporting the head of finance with IT, accounts preparation and ad hoc projects.
