Interim Financial Controller

An immediate requirement has arisen for a ‘hands-on,’ details orientated and value-added finance professional for a six-month fixed term contract. The finance department is embarking on significant change and transformation and requires an individual who sets high standards, has a keen eye for process improvement and will lead process reviews. You will be required to challenge “how things are currently done,” raise operational standards and endeavour to work with colleagues to improve mindset and performance.

The successful candidate will be a results focused allrounder and a qualified accountant. You must possess strong leadership, business transformation and process improvement skills…yet not be afraid to muck in when required! You will possess a strong character and a friendly but firm personality.
