RattrayParkin is currently supporting the requirements of a high-growth £50m turnover manufacturer which is currently seeking to appoint a high calibre Finance Director to take a key role on the executive management team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious senior finance professional to join a well-established and highly successful privately owned business at an exciting time in the businesses development.
In order to be considered for this position candidates will possess the following:
- A recognised accountancy qualification (ACA/ACCA/ACMA)
- Previous experience of operating as a Finance Director within standalone business/autonomous subsidiary with a turnover in excess of £40m.
- Experience of managing and developing a finance team.
- Multi-site management experience would be advantageous.
- Strong budgeting and forecasting skills.
- Strong inter-personal skills and the ability to communicate complexity with ease to non-financial stakeholders.
