Head Office Accountant - Warwick - 40 - 50k
Gleeson Recruitment Group are supporting an International Retail organisation with the recruitment of an ACA/ACCA Qualified Accountant to join the business and take ownership of the Head Office accounts.
The business is going through a transformation and requires an individual who is looking for a challenging role that will provide exposure to financial & management accounting, business partnering and lots of process improvement. The business partnering element is crucial, and the right person for the role will be confident and not afraid to support operations with financial information. With a new FD & FC in place the business is going through a period of change that will provide plenty of opportunities to move away from business as usual and get involved in variety of projects.
The finance team is 30 strong and has a mix of FP&A, Commercial finance & transactional finance all on site and can offer progression routes into all areas for high achievers. This would be a great platform for a practice trained Accountant to make a first move into industry and learn from an ambitious Financial Controller who is looking for someone to move into their position in the next few years.
