Part Time Management Accountant. Our client, a perfectly formed company based in South Leicester is looking to recruit an experienced Part Time Management Accountant on a Temp to Perm/Permanent basis due to expansion.

Working on a Tuesday and Wednesday (some degree of flexibility), you will play a critical role in improving commercial performance, driving reporting efficiency's and delivering key MI to aid better decision making
Specific duties include:
*Prepare monthly management accounts
*responsibly for both the P&L and balance sheet, ensuring adherence to policy and procedure.
*Oversee quarter, half and year end reporting.
*Improve and develop existing financial controls and processes
*Take ownership of key financial metrics to drive commercial performance and margin delivery
*Develop enhanced KPI's and roll these out across the business
*Assist in the building, development and integration of a newly defined budgeting and forecasting process
*Business partnering with key stakeholders in order to deliver improved analysis, MI and data flow
*Inspire non-financial managers to develop strong commercial awareness and an understanding of the budget and key cost drivers.
*Develop models and reporting to drive performance through an enhanced understanding of the internal and external commercial and financial drivers.
*Analyse large quantities of data, develop existing financial models and provide recommendations to assist future business decisions
*Provide commercial recommendations relating to monthly and quarterly performance
*Preparation of complex Management Information (MI) and project steering packs for the senior management team

The perfect candidate.

*You will be fully qualified (CIMA, ACA or ACCA)
*Industry experience would be advantageous but not essential
*Drive, energy and a commitment to the continuous improvement of overall performance.
*A proactive nature, inquisitive with a passion for challenging teams to drive performance.
*Ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining high standards.
*Flexibility and able to respond positively and accurately to internal and external requests.
*ability to develop good working relationships at all levels.
*Excellent PC skills and be able to understand and harness IT and systems to benefit the operation.
