As a more senior member of the team you would be joining a large finance function you will assist support and analyse for various parts of the business including international operatios. it is vital you are a strong part qualified candidate and have experience of working in a fast paced finance function. Not only must you be able be effective in adding value in analysis but you must be strong communicator to explain your finidnfs to senior managers. You must be highly ambiticious, self motivated and be able to prove you have experience of successfully aiding senior stakeholders and supervising more junior members of the team.
Duties within this role will include:
-Produce full management accounts and complete corresponding balance sheets
-Undertake analysis and commentary for key costs variances inside the management accounts
-Produce quarterly forecasts and bi-annual budgets for operations
-Report on weekly sales and highlight performance indications to support operational cost controlling
-Have a helping hand in the business working out what key areas play a part in steams such as profitabiliy and margin analysis
-Help with the forecasting and reporting of investmenet projects.
-Develop junior team members
The ideal individual will be:
-In the latter stages of their studies or newly qualified CIMA/ACCA
-Proven track record of working within in a fast paced finance enviorment
-Highly analytical
-Outstanding communication skills and ability to work alongside senior stakeholders
-Experience of supervising a junior member of staff
-Excellent time management skills
-Intermediate/advanced Excel skills
