Role Responsibilities
- Improve current inter-company reconciliation process and set up new inter-company reporting policy
- Support quarterly group consolidation, including performing investment and equity reconciliation and retained earnings reconciliation
- Working with finance shared service centre to correct any difference arise in these reconciliations
- Follow up adjustments made by the group finance team with local teams to ensure they are correctly reflected in local trial balance
- Providing support to local finance teams when needed
Skills, experience and qualifications
- Previous experience of working in a large organisation with multiple different entities
- Professional Accounting qualification
- A very strong communication skillset
- Project management experience
- Previous experience in both local finance and group team is preferable
- SAP experience
- Very strong work ethic, resilience in the face of pressure, proactive, good team player, ability to meet stretching deadlines, and excellent attention to detail
