An ideal option for a qualified accountant wanting to be part of a senior management team but be part time - 2 - 3 days per week is ideal. The business, an established and successful IT services SME is at the classic stage of growth and building a leadership team to underpin it.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the Financial Controller role will be focused on the day to day management of finance to meet agreed cash flow and reserve targets. And,will also be responsible for enhancing the internal finance infrastructure and processes for the company to continue to grow and fulfil its mission.
This role is suited to someone who has an excellent grasp accounting in a SME setting and thrives under pressure and is committed to delivering a high level of services, and support. You should above all be passionate about what you do, and how you do it, continually looking to improve yourself and your knowledge regarding design and development.
