Forensic Accounting Executive/Manager

Due to successful strategic growth within the forensics team, this leading local firm of accountants has instructed Sharp Consultancy in its search for an executive or experienced manager to join their team.

As part of this role you will get a chance to work as part of a truly collegiate organisation and where you will be working closely and imputing directly into the leadership. You will have the chance to learn and develop your skills with a team whose input and advice in the forensics space is highly valued by their clients.

The role will cover a wide range of forensic accounting services and is likely to be extremely varied including complex commercial disputes, fraud investigations, business valuations, post M&A disputes and pre M&A dispute avoidance such as reviewing SPA mechanisms and completion account mechanism.
The work is almost exclusively corporate /commercial. To this end whilst similar forensic accounting experience would be very beneficial, the firm would be interested to hear from qualified accountants (ACA, ACCA, CA, ICAS, ICAEW) with similar analytical transactional advisory skill. These could range from people who have experience in corporate finance, transactional service due diligence, corporate recovery and reorganisation service lines.
