This is great opportunity for someone to join a hugely exciting and ambitious organisation on an interim basis as they look to develop their current finance team. The business is an exciting business has ambitions to grow substantially over the next couple of years through acquisition and also organic growth.

Some of the daily duties will include:

  • Pulling together the accounts for a recently acquired subsidiary of the group
  • Setting up financial processes including management accounts and monthly reporting for the recently acquired business and integrating these into the Group's reporting structures
  • Producing management accounts and monthly reporting
  • Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of month end, quarter end and year end timetables
  • Driving improved financial analysis and MI across the business
  • Managing the budgeting and forecasting process across the business
  • Continuously improve and refine processes across the function
  • Help drive positive change within the finance department and implement new ideas

Experience required:

  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified or nearing completing of exams
  • Excellent knowledge of EXCEL
  • The ability to work in a fast passed and busy environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are essential in order to build strong relationships with key personnel across the business
  • Comfortable presenting financial information to banks and external clients
  • This role is suited to someone who is immediately available on an intiial 3 months basis to help support the group finance team.
  • For the right candidate there is a possibility this role could lead to a permanent basis
