A major not for profit institution in Leeds looking to invest in and grow their significant commercial operations.

Your new role

With your strong commercial acumen and understanding of markets and business models, you will play the lead finance role in the development and delivery of the organisation's commercial growth strategy in supporting the growth of operations such as hotel, conferencing, hospitality and sports offerings? You will lead a team to establish effective financial controls, you will define and establish business models, supporting business case preparation, deal negotiation and its implementation.

You will have experience of working with senior stakeholders in understanding and explaining the financial drivers and linkages of the relevant commercial business models. You will be highly competent in financial planning, budgeting and forecasting and supporting the delivery of financial results. You will be resourceful and well organised and able t communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
