Your new company - A UK tourism agency is looking for a Finance Business Partner with transformation experience to join them on a fixed term contract.

Your new role - as the organisation goes through a period of change, this person will work to reengineer the budgeting and forecasting process, redesign the month end reporting, drive the implementation of the new reporting system and review the skillset of the current team.

What you'll need to succeed - you will be a qualified accountant with experience of delivering change within a large organisation. You will be a strong communicator and be able to challenge people at all levels of the business. Sector background isn't important but some government or retail experience could be helpful.
