Group Reporting Manager

Churchill Howard have been engaged to recruit a Group Reporting Manager for a leading consumer brand, based in Warwickshire. This is a values led business; its leaders are renowned for developing their people; the culture is supportive and collaborative; and you will be primed for success.

Key responsibilities:
* Manage a small team and be accountable for:
o Managing the Group statutory reporting process
o Compiling and producing sets of subsidiaries' accounts
o Managing monthly internal reporting process; producing board packs

* Driving continuous improvement within finance and the wider team
* Developing relationships with external funding suppliers
* Liaising with external audit team
* Taking finance lead on ad hoc projects.


You'll be a qualified accountant and technically capable, with plc reporting experience.

You'll be hungry to progress your career and will have the opportunity to prove yourself in this role and scale quickly.

There is a large finance function here - this role gives you visibility: you can build relationships that will facilitate your next move - either within Group Financial Control, Risk & Assurance, FP&A, Commercial Finance and Business Partnering or into one of the operational business units.
