A newly created FP&A Analyst role working and a key role within the high-calibre finance department of a Leeds based SME.
The objective of this role is to support the Financial Controller in all aspects of business planning and forecasting. You will play a major part in planning the growth of the business and recognising the successful returns. This is a broad role that will be visible across the whole company and has a varied list of responsibilities that include;
- Variance analysis, KPIs and cost of sales scrutiny
- Segment analysis by customer, sector and region
- Oversee and improve budgets and forecasts
- Monthly financial reports
- Implementing BI and Dashboard tools
- Developing financial models
Candidates will have the following;
- A range of interpersonal skills that cover attention to detail, time management, communication and analysis
- Qualified accountant (or working towards)
