This Top 20 firm with multiple regional offices is seeking a Private Client Tax Director or Senior Manager to join their team. The main purpose of your new role will be to help expand the private client advisory offering to Surrey based HNWI.

Your new role
You will:

• Be a key and focal point of the team and provide consultancy advice to clients, partners, directors and managers ensuring clients of the office receive a high level of service and expertise.
• Play a leading role in developing the private client team in the office and acting as part of the office's leadership team.
• Business Development including development of an appropriate referral network of clients and contacts as well as facilitating networking events for contacts and clients
• Develop and manage own client base, identifying additional opportunities and introducing clients to the wider services available.
• Develop the interaction of the private client team with the firm's wealth management business and leverage the opportunities this creates.
• Mentor, develop and train junior managers, ensuring training methods are in line with CIOT guidelines

What you'll need to succeed
You will be CTA qualified as a minimum and potential STEP qualified as well. You will have worked within a mid-tier or large professional services firm, with management experience and the ability to train and mentor teams. You will be experienced with managing a portfolio, providing advisory services to your clients and the ability to seek further development opportunities for the PC base.
