One of the UK's leading digital media businesses is currently recruiting for an ambitious qualified accountant to take a lead role in their financial reporting team. Reporting to the Finance Director, you be taking a lead role in the production of statutory accounts for multiple revenue streams.
- Producing and analysing month-end statutory reporting
- Supporting the finance director with interim and year-end audits
- Performing monthly and quarterly reconciliation process
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant accounting standards
The ideal candidate will be a qualified (ACA) accountant who has trained in practice (ideally top 4/6) with some experience in a commercial organisation ideally within the media, digital or advertising industries. A strong technical proficiency is extremely important including but not limited to; consolidating financial reporting within FRS 102. This role would require someone who has excellent interpersonal skills and is able to build relationships with stakeholders throughout the business.
