Corporate Finance Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious, highly motivated and commercially astute corporate finance professional to join a city based professional accountancy practice. This is a key appointment in the team as the client is looking to raise awareness and increase market share in the north west of England.

You will be required to train, manage and develop a small team of executives and make an active contribution to the growth and future success of the department. This involves taking a key role in both lead advisory activities and transaction services.

Key duties include meeting clients and networking, managing finance due diligence projects from planning to completion, writing and finalising due diligence reports, performing analysis and providing commercial insight into a range of transactions and reviewing & providing insight into financial models. This is in the capacity of a right-hand person to the corporate finance partner. 

The successful candidate will be high performing Manager (transactional services or lead advisory) or currently be operating as a senior executive with an aspiration to become a Manager in the future. You must be a ‘hands-on’ finance professional with strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle a number of plates at any given time. A team player approach and excellent presentation & communication skills are a must.
