Financial Controller

Growing family owned manufacturing business based in Harrogate currently require an experienced CIMA/ACCA/ACA Financial Controller to oversee the day operations of the accounts team. Working directly with the Directors you will play a key role in the businesses five year growth strategy. Your role will include:

*Full day to day management of the finance team assigning duties in line with your own skill set assessment
*Providing clear and precise financial and management accounts information to the board.
*Presenting the full monthly management accounts reporting on current and projected trading positions.
*Preparing cash flow forecasts, profit and loss and balance sheet for financial budgets
*Liaising with auditors and banks being the first point of call for all communication.
*Providing commercial insight, advising on current trends and suggesting ways to improve profitability.

As your experience within the business grows the company continues to expand you will have the opportunity to progress towards a Director role providing you can demonstrate a continued level of career development. Ideally you will be CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified with previous experience within an SME manufacturing, retail or construction environment.
