Fund Accountant

Greenwellgleeson are recruiting for a Fund Accountant position based in Birmingham City Centre.

Duties of the role will include:

Reviewing quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with relevant accounting standards

Developing a clear understanding of client reporting requirements, processes and associated governance

Maintain accounting records and ensure accuracy and completeness of data

Liaising with auditors and tax advisors

Review performance reports and complex investor deliverables

Initial modelling and complex review of calculations

Review, maintain and update accounting procedures

Review investment and loan agreements and ensure compliance

Liaise closely with other departments

Skills, Requirements, Qualifications

Qualified ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA

Ideally practice background

Strong technical ability

Financial services experience desirable

Private Equity Experience desirable
