Head of Finance

Blackwaters is recruiting a Divisional Head of Finance for a global tech business, giving a pathway to Finance Director. Heading up a key international division, this person will partner the VP and lead all financial planning and commercial support, managing a small team of finance analysts.

It probably suits an ambitious candidate stepping up to FD-designate level, ready to take ownership and authority for decision making and business review. This is a dynamic and rapid business where merit gets promoted.

Responsibilities will include;

• Monthly P&L reporting and reforecast
• Leadership partnering across operations, sales, marketing and supply chain
• Challenging peer level propositions to guide better commercial performance
• Presenting performance insight and outlooks to more senior management
• Cyclical and long term budget and forecasting
• Developing team quality and succession

Necessary attributes;

• Qualified Accountant
• FP&A/commercial finance background in large business
• Expertise with high volume complexities
• Astute and articulate
