Join Warrington-based Top 100 chartered accountancy practice Tax Advisory team as Senior Manager. £Negotiable.
This highly reputable firm based in Warrington have a designated tax advisory capability with a team of 12 strong. Their work is predominantly made up of Private Client and Corporate businesses, typically turning over between £5-30m. They also represent other 'hand-picked' companies of various sizes.
As a department they generate much of their work organically, through referrals, cross-selling and business development. For this job opportunity, they are looking to bring someone in, at Senior Manager/Director level, to act as a project manager for their various advisory projects, completing the technical review of the work handled by the team members and to provide useful insights helping maximise the output of each venture across this Mixed Tax role.
Much of the work you can expect to lead on will include; reorganisations, demergers, M&A, R&D, IHT, probate matters, share schemes, farm investment companies and more, and due to the nature of this work, being CTA qualified is preferred.
They host frequent round table events for their clients and someone that can present information to relevant sectors, encouraging further business, would be an ideal candidate. Someone that can bring a following of clients would be looked upon favourably, as a head start on building up your portfolio will marry up well with the growth of the department already planned.
