Permanent Credit Controller Job, Based in Bury

You will be working for a rapidly growing customer service focused business based in Bury. This company is foretasted to double in size and headcount over the next 12 months, providing the perfect platform for progression.
Your new role
This is a full time permanent job, working 8-5 Monday to Friday with one per week working 9-5. The main purpose is to maximise collections whilst maintaining excellent customer service. Your main duties will include; chasing customers for payment (B2B), dealing with customer queries, managing your own portfolio of customers, build long term relationships with customers, identify customers who pose a risk to the business, identify ways in which the customer service cab be improved and reporting. This job is ideal for someone looking to work in a fast paced, rapidly growing environment.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have a strong background in Credit Control & excellent customer service skills.
