Global Finance Director (Renewable Energy)

A global energy business with interests in a number of asset classes, are looking for a Strategic Finance Director to take ownership of their international function. The organisation have gone from strength to strength in the last few years, diversifying their product offering and target markets. The organisation are listed in the UK with a London HQ. They have plans to double their market-cap in the next year as they approach a very exciting time in their development.

Your new role
With overall responsibility for the delivery of strategic and operational finance and accounting, this role is aimed at being a board level position and contribute to the long term development of this global business.

The successful applicant will need to demonstrate deep routed commercial and strategic acumen, being able to take the lead on any finance raise, investor roadshows and expansion projects.

As the business grows, building and supporting global team growth is needed, so recruitment and leadership experience is a must.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified chartered accountant with ideally a mixture of big company corporate training, as well as start up / high growth environments. The role requires the building and maintaining of bank & investor relationships and would be suited to professionals from a CFO/strategic background within a Listed business.
