HEAD OF FINANCE - MATERNITY COVER (11-12 MONTHS) - LEICESTERSHIRE - UP TO £57K (25% PENSION) - FLEXIBILITY

I have been engaged to recruit an Interim Head of Strategic Finance on an interim basis, for a period of up to 12 months covering maternity leave. This represents a great opportunity to join a growing business and effectively deputise for the FD on all financial matters.

The role will suit an ambitious finance professional and will be responsible for:

• Management Accounting & Reporting
• FP&A
• Budgeting and Forecasting
• Support commercial decision making
• Lead a team of 4 qualified and part qualified accountants

The successful candidate will be fully qualified and demonstrate a strong academic record. An understanding of accounting in an inventory business would be advantageous but not essential. The role is open to candidates from all sector backgrounds but experience in logistics and manufacturing would be a particularly good fit.

The salary is £53-57K directly on their payroll as an employee, 25% pension contribution and 25 days holiday. They will not consider a daily rate under any circumstances. The hours are 37 per week and can be worked flexibly but it will be full time on site (COVID safe).
