CFO Industrial

A PE-Backed industrial business that is fast growing is searching for a PE Experienced CFO with an open, energetic and intellectual mind-set to join the team and assist with their continued growth both nationally and internationally.

As CFO you will be hands on with building and running of a small financial team through the development the flow of good quality and relevant information, re-design and presentation of monthly reporting, organisation redesign, financial restructuring and assisting in the production of comprehensive transformation plans. The CFO will also support the strategic and operational aspects of the company alongside senior management and PE investors including organic and international growth plans.

The Ideal Candidate will:

• Be a Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA) preferably chartered
• Have prior experience as a CFO within a PE/Leveraged Backed business and been involved in a least 1 investment/exit cycle
• Have managed a business with overseas operations, including treasury experience
• Have relevant industrial sector experience, preferably industrial services/warehousing and logistics businesses
