About the role

This is a key role providing financial insight and decision-support for JRF and JRHT across a number of areas including but not limited to: development schemes, strategic change projects, housing and community services, management reporting development, the annual business planning cycle.

You will enable the delivery of JRF and JRHT outcomes by providing outstanding services, strong financial leadership, governance and insight; empowering people to make informed financial decisions.

About you

We are looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, CIPFA, CIMA, ACCA) with experience of social housing finance, providing finance expertise to development scheme project teams and income and cost modelling.

Accustomed to providing support to strategic change projects and the annual business planning cycle and with skills in developing management reporting, you will have recent experience in a business partner role in the social housing sector.

This is a role that offers significant variety but also demands flexibility and knowledge of housing association finance. Excellent communication skills are required including experience of Executive and Board reporting.
