Global Head of Operations
Global Advertising Consultancy business are looking for a senior commercial or finance director with a strong Media Agency or media auditing background to head up their global operations.
The Head of Operations sits on the global leadership team and reports directly in to the CEO.
The purpose of the role is to set the standards and working practices to ensure the quality, consistency and standardisation of this business' offering.
- Overall responsibility for the quality and standardisation of audit reports and audit process
- Client technical lead on contract and agency finance related topics
- Agency Group liaison to ensure positive working relationships and dispute resolution
- Responsible for developing internal practices for streamlining and automating (where possible) the delivery of audit projects
- Manage team of 2 (Operations Manager and Operations Administrator)
What you will bring to the role:
- 15+ years industry experience with 5+ years in agency group trading in a commercial or senior finance role
- Digital trading knowledge preferred
- Attention to detail and a deep technical expertise
- Outstanding written and oral communications skills
- Ability to work in a matrixed organisation - leading through influence
