Group Financial Accountant role in a global management consultancy
Your new company
This business is a global group specialising in consulting for financial services companies and individuals across the world. There is a high level of interaction between different teams in the business and finance work closely with consultants and business services. The business is performing well during the COVID-19 crisis and they're continuing to hire with the intention to develop careers over the long-term.
Your new role
This role is focusing on preparing financial statements for a number of the entities within the group. You'll be taking these financials and statements from others to help manage the consolidation process, working closely with their ACA qualified FC. You'll be working towards owning the group consolidation and moving to Manager level where you'll be managing juniors within the team. This position has a longer-term focus, and has the security of a bigger business but the broad responsibilities that come with working in a leaner team.
What you'll need to succeed
This company are looking to interview accountants who have completed their ACA or ACCA and have experience working in an internal finance team. This includes if you've qualified in audit them moving into industry, or if you have seconded with a client for a period of time. This is a challenging role for someone newly qualified above to three years post-qualification, and you'll need to be ambitious in working towards managing a small team.

This company is offering a competitive salary package between £50,000 and £60,000 depending on your experience and current salary with a bonus scheme and flexible benefits package.
