This large organisation based in Central Birmingham, close to public transport links and in great new build offices are a growing and changing organisation who are looking to recruit a Controls Team Leader on a permanent basis.
Your new role
This role is a supervisory role for a team of 4, you will also be overseeing the delivery of operational controls for the finance department. You will need to oversee completion and maintenance of all processes. Liaise with internal and external customers including the vendor base. You will need to support and work on all finance projects as required and ensure continuous improvement methodologies continue to be implemented across the department.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role you will ideally have team leader/managerial experience previously along with having experience in the duties above. They are looking for someone who has worked in a large organisation before, ideally a shared service centre environment.
