Small expanding business in the construction industry is looking to appoint a Finance Manager to look after all aspects of accounting for the business. The company has been established for over 15 years, with an excellent reputation and a consistent client base.
Reporting to the Managing Director and with the support from an off-site Finance Director you will enjoy a good level of autonomy and a varied role which will include:
- Preparation of monthly accounts
- All aspects of transactional accounting including sales and purchase ledger duties
- Banking, bank reconciliation and cash flow management
- Assisting with system and process improvements
To be considered for this role you will be experience in a similar role ideally within a construction/engineering environment. Stock reporting knowledge and Sage 50 experience would be advantageous and the AAT qualification would be considered favourably.
