Accountant

Brewster Partners are currently working with a large business based on the outskirsts of Sheffield who are looking to bring in a talented and ambitious Part Qualified/Finalist level Accountant. This company have grown rapdily and are in a stable position. The ideal candidate will be driven, a good team player willing to get stuck in and be able to work in a fast paced environment,

THE ROLE:

• Preperation of statutory accounts
• Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations
• Analysis of the P&L including variance analysis with commentary
• Supporting on the budgeting and forecasting process
• Provide valuable insight to key senior stakeholders
• Support head of finance with annual set off accounts
• Assist with internal and external audit
• Oversee work of transactional team including payroll
• Lisase with other business areas with finance queries
• Ensure accurate reporting of financial information

THE INDIVIDUAL:

• Experience in a similar role
• ACCA/CIMA studier/qualified
• Good Excel Skills (VLOOKUPs/Pivots etc)
• A-C GCSE Maths and English
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
