Expanding Wokingham, Berkshire based accountancy practice have a requirement for a Bookkeeper. Key aspects of the Bookkeeper role involve managing a portfolio of clients and the preparation of their monthly management accounts. Key tasks will include bookkeeping, producing quarterly VAT and CIS returns, visiting new clients to gain an assessment of what systems/work will be required.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience dealing directly with clients and working closely with the partners of the business and they will encourage your development in the company and the role through training courses etc.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills and a flexible, proactive and can do approach to their work. The ideal Bookkeeper should have a knowledge of Sage, Quickbooks or Xero and in return you will receive a salary between £26k-£30k + benefits.
