Interim Divisional Finance Director

My client, a highly successful and global Facilities Management business based in London, is looking to bring on an Interim Divisional Finance Director (looking after a business unit of c.£300m t/o) to support them for an initial 6 months.

The current FD has recently stepped out of the role on a short term basis due to a transformation programme within the wider Group that needs addressing. In the meantime, this role will see the chosen candidate running the day-to-days of finance, supporting the CFO across all aspects of Finance (including Tax, Treasury and FP&A) and leading a team of c.8-10 qualified finance professionals.

While sector is not of the utmost importance, we are looking for experienced FDs with extensive Divisional exposure (ideally within large global blue-chips). Naturally, this assignment will require an individual who is able to hit the ground running, has a proven track record of leading sizeable teams and working closely with the SLT to hit key deliverables.

Qualifications / Experience Required:

- ACA / CIMA Qualified, with extensive PQE

- Significant exposure to (ideally B2B) blue-chip organisations at the senior level

- A proven track record of hitting the ground running, and running business units autonomously

- Immediately available

- Able to commute to London-based offices around 3-4 days per week (some flexibility)
