Interim Head of FP&A

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a loved, well known multi-site business as their Interim Head of FP&A.

The Interim Head of FP&A will work closely with the executive team and board members to develop and deliver insightful commercial analysis that drive sales, profitability, value and the successful execution of strategic goals. You will be a commercial insights leader for the business, delivering accurate and clear management information which is easily understood across all non-finance stakeholders.

The Interim Head of FP&A will lead the budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning process for the business. You will conduct financial analysis, modelling, forecasting and reporting efforts to ensure efficient financial operations. Review analysis results, develop insightful suggestions for investment, sourcing, cost reduction and leads strategic business decisions. Carry out capital expenditure analysis on all business investments and providing insight into investment returns and recommendations on their viability. The interim Head of FP&A manages a departmental function, creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the department and develop budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure.

You will be a qualified accountant with experience of delivering budgets with a proven track record in a fast paced, dynamic, multi-site environment.
