Personal Tax Manager

Personal Tax Manager in independent practice, reporting to Tax Director.

A fast-growing and independent Top 100 practice operating across London and the Thames Valley area, with clients ranging from private clients to high-growth OMBs. Joining a tax team of 12 individuals, you will be a core part of managing the day-to-day workload of the department.

Your new role

Working under a Tax Director, your role will primarily involve managing a portfolio of clients' compliance work with some advisory project work, and managing the workflow of the Personal Tax team alongside one other Tax Manager. Review of Junior and Part-Qualified staff members' work. You will be responsible for billing own portfolio, managing own WIP and ensuring Revenue and in-house deadlines are met.

What you'll need to succeed

CTA qualified, you will have experience of working within a UK Tax Practice, ideally having received training within one. This role would suit a recently-qualified Senior looking to progress to Manager, or an experienced Manager looking for a new exciting development-based role learning from experienced Directors.
