Your new role
In your new Payroll position, you will be joining a friendly, fast paced Payroll function. You will be joining a large Payroll team, tasked with Supervising a team of Payroll Assistants who process high volume Payrolls across the UK and Ireland. The Payroll is completely in-house, therefore you will be an expert in payroll legislation, and understand the process from start to finish. You will assist the Payroll Manager, with any payroll related projects such as system upgrades, and process improvements, whilst ensuring the team are both trained and developed.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be selected for interview it is essential that you have a good level of UK payroll knowledge. You will have a good level of hands on payroll experience, and be a strong communicator with both internal and external stakeholders. You will be system savvy, and be open to permanent, London based opportunities.
