Gleeson Recruitment Group are delighted to be working in partnership with a growing privately owned Manufacturing Business based in Worcester who are looking for a Finance Director to look after Group Finance strategy. This will be a number 1 role in a face paced and hands on role for a market leader.
Role
- Leading the groups finance strategy
- Coordinating the production of the Group's consolidated results
- Ensuring management accounts for all business areas are produced on a monthly basis within agreed timescales
- Maintaining and developing the Group's financial control environment ensuring compliance with external and internal audit requirements
- Managing the finance function
- Representing Finance on the Group's Senior Management Team (SMT) and contributing to Group wide initiatives
Requirements
- Fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA OR ACA) with 10 years PQE minimum
- Manufacturing Experience
- Microsoft Dynamics experience
- Leader of Finance in a Group structure is desirable
Salary & Benefits
Up to £90k depending on experience
Package will include a Car Allowance, substantial bonus dependent on company performance and enhanced pension.
