Plant Controller

SF Recruitment are supporting a dual site operation of a global manufacturing business as they seek to add a Plant Controller to their plant finance team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

- Lead the finance function on site and work closely with the plant senior management team to improve operational perfromance
- Assisting in all aspects of corporate and internal reporting to ensure adherence to timetables, financial integrity and completeness.
- Manage a small site finance team of four and liaise with SSC - AP & AR functions
- Variance analysis and articulation of financial results
- Drive stock take
- Plant financial lead on launch programmes and product/platform profitability reporting
- Delivering accurate and timely Sales & Margin Reporting 
- Financial Reporting of weekly flash and monthly financials
- Balance sheet reconciliations and to maintain general cleanliness
- Lead site CAPEX reviews
- Lead on internal controls, regulatory testing and audits


Required Skills:

- Excellent Excel skills are essential
- Strong ERP system skills
- Experience as Financial / Plant / Site Controller on a manufacturing business is essential
- Automotive experience preferred
