A Purchase to Pay (P2P) Process Lead is required by this global state of the art manufacturer/retailer based in Bracknell, Berkshire, Working in their prestigious European HQ and reporting to the Head of European Finance the P2P Process Lead has a key role in managing the performance of the shared service centre activities and the companies relationship with its outsourcing partner in the Purchase to Pay (P2P) work-stream.

This role will provide the vision, strategy and objectives for the P2P work-stream on a Pan European basis.  This will involve:

  • Developing the current year, mid-term plan and vision for the P2P work-stream;
  • Monitoring the end-to-end process of the P2P work-stream on a Pan European basis;
  • Identifying, planning, developing and implementing process improvements;
  • Communicating to Senior Management on the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes comparing to target.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced P2P Specialist having proven experience in influencing, implementing change in a Pan European environment, possess excellent communication & networking skills and be quickly able to establish credibility with project leaders and other stakeholders. Advanced systems and process knowledge in P2P and SAP fields and project planning and management would be ideal and in return you will receive a salary of c£67k + Amazing Benefits including Car
