Service Reporting Manager for Finance, 12 month Fixed Term Contract, Bolton, Facilities Management


Your new company
This global organisation is a facilities services company that are well established across the world. They provide maintenance and building services, along with cleaning and support services to a wide range of customers. With a strong market position, they're looking to recruit a number of fixed term contracts to join their Bolton office, with a possibility of the role becoming permanent.

Your new role
The Service Reporting Manager will ensure the delivery of services and monitoring of performance management to drive improvement and manage performance standards and alignment across all operations centres. Main tasks will include: optimize and expand the service delivery and the service placement of accounting processes and ensure all service issues are addressed; support developing and maintaining onshore governance; produce regular service level agreements and performance reports as well as management reviews to internal customers.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have a recognised finance qualification, if not a fully qualified chartered accountant, you must have a Masters or BSc degree within finance or accounting. Extensive experience within a shared services environment or a global business services organisation is a must, given the nature of the role and you must be confident working with people. This role will involve 5-10 day travel a month, in which you'll need to build relationships quickly and efficiently, and the organisation is constantly evolving and developing and so you must be a person that can effectively deal with change management in an organisation.
