Semi Senior Accountant - Fantastic Medway Accountants

A growing firm of chartered accountants based in Medway has a requirement for a Semi Senior Accountant to join their team. You will be joining an expanding team and business as a key addition in a very varied role with all around involvement across accounts, tax, cloud accounting and other wide ranging services. They are offering increasing responsibility, client contact and development.

Client Details

Based in Medway this firm is a forward thinking accountancy practice which focuses on servicing and building relationships with growing OMBs, SMEs and limited company clients, alongside a very varied industry client base of sole traders, and partnerships. Clients are wide ranging in industry sectors and whilst they have a chunk of construction, building related, engineering, retail and high street independent business, there is a wider spectrum of industry clients around this as well.

Typical clients are up into the hundreds of thousands of turnover, with larger clients into the millions in turnover. There is a team of professionals, varying in level, background and experience supporting the managerial and director group and they are looking for a key addition to bolster this team and work closely with them.

Description

Joining their Medway offices as a Semi Senior accountant you will initially take on the responsibility to both deliver hands on services across accounts prep, corporate tax, VAT, management accounts etc to their clients, whilst also developing relationships with clients.

The Directors are looking for someone who has the ability to deliver a quality compliance service to mixed and varied clients. The partners are looking to delegate increasing responsibility, client contact and management over time, in a role where you can carve a key position within this growing office and team, along with genuine potential for you to progress in the medium and longer term.

Profile

You will be any of AAT qualified and having built on your experience since qualification, or you may ACA/ACCA qualified, or QBE only with a career background and strength within accounts/tax etc and all around, general accountancy practice service delivery to wide ranging services to sole trades, partnership and limited company clients.

You will have developed your career to the Semi Senior Accountant level and be looking to join a growing, successful firm of accountants where you can see the chance to develop your career within a forward moving firm of accountants.

Job Offer
